Jim and his wife Katherine have owned and managed five different Keuka Lake rental cottages and a motel in the Penn Yan area. They presently own six residential rental units in the village of Penn Yan, as well as a 22 unit mobile home park.
Owned and operated Century 21 office in Penn Yan, NY for 12 years as the broker/owner.
Jim has been married for 35 years and with Kathy, raised two children - Mark and Renee, and can often be found with his two grandchildren.
